When Nature Gets Too Close

Mark was sitting in his car, nervously waiting for his daughter Ester to finish her swimming lesson at the public pool. An hour had already passed since the lesson began and Mark wondered what his daughter was doing. As he looked at the half-empty parking lot, he saw a big brown bear emerge from the woods next to the lot and walk towards his car.

Mark was stunned and frightened. The bear stopped right in front of Mark's car, raising its front paws on the hood. Mark began to tremble and immediately called his daughter.

"Be careful, there's a bear outside! Don't leave the pool, stay there until I get there," Mark said in a trembling voice.

His daughter, confused and scared, asked what was happening, and Mark explained that there was a bear in the parking lot. While Mark was on the phone, the bear continued to bang on the car with its paws, becoming more and more nervous and agitated.

Mark realized that he had to do something to protect his daughter and himself. He called the police, but he knew it would take some time before they arrived. The bear still seemed agitated and was looking at Mark through the car window.

After what seemed like an eternity, the bear stopped banging on the car and ran away. Mark got out of the car, trembling, and took his daughter in his arms. He knew it was a miracle that the bear hadn't attacked them.

Mark and Ester returned home safe and sound, but that day would stay in their minds forever.
